Brief Project Description:
The goal of this project is to develop a phased prioritization plan for the
restoration of Oliver Mill Park’s historically significant stonework to
ensure the safety of the visiting public and the integrity of the these
structures for future generations. Such a plan would assess the existing
conditions of the stonework and define prioritized treatment
recommendations into high/medium/low priority categories. The plan
would also include budgetary cost estimates, assisting the Town in
defining short-term and long-term repair items throughout the park.
