a. Project goals: Reconstruct the Middleborough Skatepark to provide a safer, modern designed and
family-oriented facility.

The project includes the renovation/rejuvenation of the current skate park creating a safer up-to-date facility that can be used by the community.
c. Indication of how the project is eligible for CPA funding: This project meets the CPA criteria by supporting an existing town controlled recreational facility in order to meet the needs of the community.
d. Description of the project applicant and any project partners: The project applicant Fran Cass is a well-known and respected Middleborough Parks Department town official. He is representing a committee of lifelong residents and participants of the Middleborough Skatepark. This group members have had many positive life shaping experiences using the facility. They are advocating to reconstruct and improve the facility in order to provide a superior experience
