Update: 10/2/2014 – Received last piece of financing from DHCD. Hopeing to close by end of 2014. Need to get building permits(already have comprehensive permits), Finishing final architectural drawings, plan to be under construction by end of 2015, want to be fully rented by 2016. Still need to affordable restriction.
