Description
Substitution of all of the original 1958 sliding windows in the ten apartments located at 120 and 140 Sproat Street with energy efficient double hung windows.
Status
Approved by Town Meeting.
Update 2014-10-02 – DNCDE wants to approve the project before commencement because the salaries for maintenance staff comes out of MHA budget. Will go out to bid pending DHCD approval.
