    I have just come from Jimmy Blanchards house where things are finally back to normal.  The Soule Street Smallpox sign is done and the Gammons sign is in progress.  He apologizes for the delays and promises to shift into high gear on this project.  Please ask the CPA Committee to be patient with us.  We are moving full steam ahead.
